Do I need to change practice software?
No. Bookd works on top of Cliniko. Appointments, clients and notes all live in Cliniko exactly as they do now.
Will my clients' details be safe?
Bookd talks to Cliniko directly over a secure connection. Returning clients are remembered with an encrypted cookie on their own phone, and nothing is stored in a separate database.
Can I keep my existing booking page?
Yes. Bookd can link to your existing booking page as a fallback for anyone who prefers it.
What if I have more than one clinic?
One Bookd page covers all your locations. Clients pick a clinic, and their usual one is shown first.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The live demo runs on a pretend clinic with made up practitioners, so you can book, reschedule and cancel without touching a real diary.
Who's behind Bookd?
Bookd was built by a practicing Waikato chiropractor to run bookings at two busy clinics. Now it is available to allied health clinics right around New Zealand.
